Through Instagram: The Sun Also Rises
This year, I did quite a bit of traveling–which meant a lot of early morning train rides and red eye flights. Although this was tiring, I got a glimpse of some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets I’ve ever seen. Here are some of my favorites from 2014, as posted to my instagram account. And, if you feel so inclined, follow me @sarahcrutch!

Through My Lens: Milan, Florence and Venice
Having studied in Florence for 4 months, and subsequently fallen in love with Italy in its entirety, I was thrilled to be returning after an achingly long two and a half years. And although our trip was short, my mom and I managed to squeeze as much coffee and wine out of this fine country as it would let us have. We began in Milan, and then made our way to Florence and Venice before returning  stateside–all the while soaking in the charm, culture and cuisine that only Italy can offer. Ciao, Italia, I miss you already.
Through instagram: From Dallas to NYC
After four years of school at TCU, and a year spent in Dallas, I decided to make the move back to NYC. My friend and roommate of 4 years, Kristin, came along as we drove the 3-day, 1500 mile trek home. We documented our trip on instagram using the hashtag #Road2NYC. I’ve posted the photos below, but feel free to check them out (and follow me, @sarahcrutch) on instagram!

Through My Lens: Colorado
This past weekend I took a trip to Denver for a friend’s wedding. We spent the weekend hiking, people watching, and generally exploring Denver, Boulder, and Westminster. I fell in love with Colorado and its stunning landscape. See my pictures from downtown Boulder, Chautauqua Park and downtown Denver.

Through My Lens: Rachel and Justin
Today I had the pleasure of taking engagement shots of my best friend, Rachel, and her fiance Justin. I have been so blessed by Rachel’s friendship all these years and am so glad that she has met such a wonderful guy. I am so happy for you two and can’t wait to see what the Lord has planned for you!
